It takes 2 weeks of track preparation to kick off the season and with warm weather this week and next the track will be ready to race on May 17th. The May 10th race is hereby cancelled. The race was filled with some major crashes that filled "The Bull Ring" race track with fan anticipation and drama. Fans were on their feet for much or the A main Outlaw Sprint event to make for a great season opener at River Cities Speedway. "The Bull Ring" action filled track never seems to disappoint. Make sure to follow on twitter @BestDirtTrack for more River Cities Speedway track side news! 1st place finish from the 4th position 12S Brad Seng of Grand Forks, ND wins the Late Model Season Opener at River Cities Speedway.  #12S Brad Seng Grand Forks, ND Brad and many defenders fought and dodged through lap traffic which made for a very exciting feature Late Model Event at the season opener at the River Cities Speedway.  77R Ryan Schroeder Devils Lake, ND 1st place finish starting from the 8th position 77R Ryan Schroeder of Devils Lake, ND. Ryan fought off many defenders to take the checkers and will be leading the Midwest Modifieds points race at River Cities Speedway with 35 points coming into next weeks race.  #12 Jim Geringer Harwood , ND 1st place finish stating from the 5th position #12 Jim Geringer of Harwood , ND. Jim accumulated 35 points for the River Cities Speedway May 4th Season Opener Feature Win! Do to cold weather situation, RCS Staff has decided to postpone the Season Opener to May 4.
