River Cities set to open this Friday, May 29, with Streets, MW Mods & Lightning Sprints

Midwest Modifieds, Street Stocks & Lightning Sprints will take the stage this Friday night at the Bullring! Speedway Shots photo.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (May 26, 2020) – The highly anticipated River Cities Speedway season opener will take place this Friday, May 29th featuring WISSOTA Street Stocks, Happy Harrys Midwest Mods and the POWRi Lucas Oil Minn-Kota Lightning Sprint Series. 

The NLRA Late Models & Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprints will not be participating in the season opener due to the crowd restrictions placed upon River Cities Speedway. 

Event Times:
Racing: 7:00 PM
Hot Laps: 6:30 PM
Pit Gates: 4:00 PM

Drivers: Registration will be completely ONLINE through the link below. The registration window is open from May 26th through May 28th at 11:59 PM. Please make sure you are registered PRIOR to the day of the race!! Pit passes for your pit crew must be purchased BEFORE the deadline.

Masks must be worn 100% of the time when leaving your pit stalls. Social distancing and the CDC guidelines must also be followed at all times throughout the course of the event.

Limited tickets are available. You will need to create a My Race Pass profile in order to purchase the tickets online. There will also be tickets available at RCS Ticket Outlets. ALL tickets are $16. Masks are required to be worn in the grandstands and all fans must practice social distancing and follow all CDC guidelines. TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE.  NO TICKETS SOLD AT THE GATE.
