GRAND FORKS, ND - August 30, 2013 ~ The 2013 season at The Legendary Bullring has shown the fans a lot of firsts. We could reveal them right here, but the list is very lengthy. So we'll only mention some notable ones. But wait... What's that you say it's not over? Of course it isn't, the second season is only mere days away and the Outlaw Sprints are STILL in a points battle. Read on.   

Wissota Street Stock

Probably one of the more special firsts was friday night's run by Greg Jose (28). Jose started on the pole of the main and runs it all the way to the checkers with a minimal amount of restarts. Not only was this Jose's first win of 2013 but First win ever in a Wissota Street Stock.

Heat winners were: Steve Richards (3) and Dan McNamee (29).

Wissota Midwest Modifieds

Darren Pfau (86c) has been knocking on the door all season to get a main win. Well, on a heavy narrow racing surface the door opened and Pfau swept his way through the field lapping 8 cars on his march to a win Friday night. Doyle Erickson (4) ran out of laps and finished 2nd only 0.798 seconds behind Pfau. 

Heat Winners were: Gannon Miller (7) Cole Haugland (10c) 
Zack Bruer (01) and Pfau.

Wissota Late Models

Just when you thought you could predict the outcome of a Late Model race at The Legendary Bullring... Things do change. Joey Pederson and Brad Seng have been battling it out for wins all season. Even this writer couldn't nail down what the X Factor was until Bill Mooney (2) took the checkers on the Late Model Main. 

Heat winners were: Stephan Snare (71) and Steve Anderson (9).

Outlaw Sprints

With a narrow groove and 6 time a-main winner Mark Dobmeier away from his home track the saying anyone can and will win applied this week as Cory Mack (25) and Zach Wilde (6) are on the front row for the A-Main After Cory Mack win his heat and Wilde finished 2nd in his.
Shane Roemling (31) won heat 2 and started 5th, and lurking back in 9th was Casey Mack (8). The main was pretty much wide open except 2 caution periods with Cory Mack (25) leading most of the way until 6 to go when Casey Mack (8) gained 2 positions off a slide job and a pass on the back straight to move from 3rd to the lead on the same lap. Mack (8) would take the win with Dave Gannon (5) in 2nd and Cory Mack in 3rd.  COMPLETE RESULTS
