Grand Forks ND May 17th 2013: #2 Austin Pierce had the fastest 410 Outlaw Sprint car of the night but the Senske & Son Transfer, Sioux Falls Ford, Forx Radiator #13 Outlaw Sprint Car piloted by Mark Dobmeier won the feature in grand style. In the picture below Mark is accompanied by his family in RydellCars.com Victory Lane at The Legendary Bullring at River Cities Speedway.  Mark won this 410 Outlaw Sprint Car season opener race at The Legendary Bullring at River Cities Speedway with a borrowed 360 engine.  The last race of the 2012 season at The Bullring was also won with a 360 engine by #9N Wade Nygaard who also won the 2012 River Cities Speedway Points Championship.  It appears it is safe to say that a well tuned and well built 360 can compete with the 410's at The Legendary Bullring as the last 2 features have been won with 360 engines, but one must mention that they were both veteran Sprint Car Drivers. The fastest car of the night was Outlaw Sprint Car Driver #2 Austin Pierce with a lap time of 11.406 seconds and a top speed of 94.687 Congrats to Mark and his team and family for the season opening feature win at The Bullring!

Grand Forks ND may 17th 2013: In the Scott's Unlimited, Dynamic Drywall & Painting, CENEX, Best Friends Grooming &  B & E Meats NLRA Late Model  #7 Joey Pederson wins the 2013 season opener at The Legendary Bullring River Cities Speedway.  Joey's new car was close to 3 miles per hour faster than the 2nd place car, it was really hooked up on The Legendary Bullring.

Grand Forks ND:  The Midwest Modified season opener feature race at River Cities Speedway was drama filled and the cars were "Rocket Fast". Coming into the final laps of the Midwest Modified feature #E85 Jason Strand was leading when #10C Cole Haugland was coming on strong when the cars got into a mishap and spun Strand out of first place.  After long debate Jason Strand was awarded the win. Grand Forks ND: Ryan Flaten ran away with the feature in the Street Stock feature at River Cities Speedway on the opening night at River Cities Speedway.  Ryan in his#50 Strata Corp sponsored Street Stock ran 1 mile per hour faster than all other competitors in the field. 

The fastest Street Stock lap time of the night was set on lap 2 of hot laps by Ryan Flaten at 15.285 seconds and a top speed of 70.658 miles per hour which was also the fastest of the night in the Street Stock Class.  Click here for more results.
