Another week of action at the Bullring, and another milestone victory, as Dustin Strand won his 100th and 101st features at the Legendary quarter-mile oval last Friday night, winning both the WISSOTA Modified and NLRA Late Model features.
Brandon Corbett and Tom Corcoran brought the 20 lap Cirrus Aircraft Late Model feature to green, with Corcoran taking the point at the start. Corcoran led until a lap six restart when Strand roared around his outside to take the top spot.
The Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprints are back at the Bullring this Friday night for the second round of the Wayne Anderson Cup!
Mark Dobmeier will be looking to go two-for-two in series competition at the track this year, with Austin Pierce just one win shy of a milestone 50th NOSA win, and Brendan Mullen showing speed with the Outlaws last week.
Will another driver be able to join Tyler Peterson and Lance Schill in the win column in the Cirrus Aircraft Late Models? Brad Seng may be one to look out for, as he won the King of the Dirt at I-94 Speedway in Fergus Falls last weekend.
Can points leader Jory Berg make his first visit to Rydellcars.com victory lane on Friday? Previous winners Austin Hunter and Lance Schill may have something to say about that.
And possibly the hottest driver in the area is Tucker Pederson. He and the rest of the Big Al’s Construction Street Stocks return, and he'll be a contender for his fifth win of the season. Former winners Weston Ramsrud and Seth Klostreich will look to keep Pederson out of the win column at the Bullring this year.
