Ricky Weiss of  Headingley  Manitoba Canada started 4th and finished first!  
Brad Seng came from 9th to finish 2nd.  The top 3 finishers were neck to neck.  Competition is strong and is making for some of the most exciting racing we have seen at River Cities Speedway!
