GRAND FORKS, ND (July 1) - All four regular classes of River Cities Speedway's Premier Racing Series will be back in action this Friday night.

Wissota-sanctioned Late Models, Midwest Modifieds, and Street Stocks will be joined by the high-flying Northern Outlaw Sprint Cars for a great night of racing around the high-banked bullring.

Heading into Friday night, all four racing divisions are separated by 11 points or less in their respective standings.

Defending track champion, Austin Pierce, holds a slim six point lead over Wade Nygaard in the Sprint Car point standings. Greg Nikitenko, who has been having a stellar year thus far, sits just 12 points back of Pierce.

Harwood, North Dakota's Jim Geringer leads the Wells Concrete Street Stocks by 11 markers over Bryce Reimer. Ryan Flaten's 1955 Chevy sits third in the standings 14 points back, while Steve Richards and Travis Robertson are 15 and 16 points back.

A pair of hometown heroes sit on top of the Late Model standings. Brad Seng leads Dustin Strand by four points as Joey Pederson rounds out the top three, down by seven points.

The closest points race belongs to the Happy Harry's Midwest Modified division. Austin Hunter leads Ricky Hamel by two points. Matt Schow of McIntosh is three points back in third, while Preston Carr of Carrington is four points back of Hunter in fourth.

Bobcat of Grand Forks presents racing this Friday night. Hot laps are at 6:30 with heat races starting at 7:00.
