Casey Mack visits RydellCars.com Victory Lane for the 1st time in 2014.

GRAND FORKS, ND (August 1) - Casey Mack of East Grand Forks, MN drove his way to victory for the first time this season Friday night at River Cities Speedway.

Mack, started eighth in the 25 lap main event, grabbed the lead away from Trent Stengl on lap eight. As the laps wound down, Mack had his hands full with Casselton, North Dakota's Dave Glennon who was hot on his heels. On lap 19, however, Glennon drive his #5 too hard into turn two and slid off the banking just like Thomas Kennedy did last week while he chased Dobmeier for the lead. Unlike Kennedy, though, Glennon kept his machine on all fours, but was sent back to 22nd for bringing out the yellow. The race resumed with six laps to go with Chris Ranten all over Mack for the lead. Ranten threw everything he had at Mack for the win, but it wasn't enough as Mack prevailed for the victory.
