NOSA Outlaw Sprints highlight the line up of Friday night's season finale

GRAND FORKS, ND (September 11) - The 2014 racing season may be over for the Wissota Late Models, Midwest Modifieds, and Street Stocks, but the NOSA Outlaw Sprint Cars have one last dance scheduled with the 3/10th mile bullring on Friday night.

The NOSA Outlaw Sprints have averaged well over 20+ cars a night and the same is to be expected, if not more, for the Northern Outlaw Sprint Association season championship event. Last week, Austin Pierce was a half lap away from victory until he was charged for a caution which sent him to the back of the pack. But the driver of the Opp Contruction #2A still holds a comfortable 40 point lead in the NOSA point standings and 25 point lead in the RCS standings over Casey Mack heading into the final night of action.

Lou Kennedy Jr. will also be making his return to the #21K Sprint Car after a knee injury has kept him sidelined for most of the summer. Kennedy Jr.'s son, Thomas, who has been running his car periodically since the injury will also be back in action in his #20K machine.

Joining the NOSA Outlaw Sprints on Friday night's schedule are Pure Stocks, Lightening Sprints, Legends, and Legend Modifieds.

Hot laps at 6:30. Racing begins at 7:30. Bring a blanket!!
