GRAND FORKS, ND (August 21) - A season high 31 WISSOTA NLRA Late Models were in attendance Friday night at River Cities Speedway for the World of Outlaw Sprint Car special and Selkirk, Manitoba's Bill Mooney proved that he was faster than all of them. 

Mooney drew the pole for heat race number three and led all eight laps en route to the victory. That put the Lucas Oil #2M on the pole for the 25 lap A-main. Restart after restart, Mooney held off challenges by Dustin Strand and Ricky Weiss on the freshly farmed racing surface. 

Mooney led from start to finish to pick up his second RCS victory of 2015 in front of the capacity crowd.
