GRAND FORKS, ND (April 22) - Brad Seng made history Friday night during River Cities Speedway's preseason Test N Tune. About midway through the night, Seng ran a lap of 11.514 seconds averaging 93.798mph around a very fast and tacky 3/10th mile bullring. The lap shattered the previous track record of 11.756 seconds set by World of Outlaw Late Model driver, Rick Eckert, on July 10th, 2009. What's even more impressive is the fact that Seng was running his WISSOTA spec engine, unlike Eckert who set the track record with an open motor. The 2016 racing season kicks off next Friday night, April 29th, with NOSA Sprint Cars, WISSOTA Late Models, Midwest Modifieds, and Street Stocks. Green flag drops at 7pm!
