Devils Lake Speedway  is  proud to announce the addition of the Slingshot by Tobias for the 2015 race season . Nolan Olmstead, Owner of Devils Lake Speedway stated the Slingshot’s by Tobias are a low cost entry level class. That I have been aware of  for quite some time.  This class will bring exciting competitive racing action to the speedway for all ages .  IN conjunction with  Olmstead ,  River Cities Speedway co-owner Darren Evavold  announced the addition of the Slingshot’s with two dates confirmed for RCS  in 2015. The first one will be during the Grand Forks county fair race in June and the second being the  annual non-wissota  sanctioned event in September,  Evavold stated that RCS  is very excited to try the Slingshot’s on a limited basis  in 2015. We can see the importance of this class to RCS , it will build future racers for us  and also  provide a safe & affordable learning curve for anyone interested in trying the sport ,quoted Evavold. Brad Seng, Veteran driver of the S&S Transport,  #12s  Wissota Late Model  was questioned on his thought’s of the Slingshot class coming to eastern North Dakota racetracks.  His response was, “This is absolutely a no brainer for everyone involved , including the racetracks.
