Jordan Adams named PS Garage Doors "Driver of the Night"

GRAND FORKS, ND (July 24) - With his impressive 14th to third place effort in the Northern Outlaw Sprint Association A-main, Reynolds, North Dakota's Jordan Adams was named Friday night's PS Garage Doors "Driver of the Night."

After a fifth place finish in the second NOSA heat, Adams lined up outside the seventh row for the 25 lap Sprint Car feature. He didn't stay there long, however, as the 19-year-old pilot began slicing his way through the field at the drop of the green flag. 

By lap 10, Adams found himself in the sixth position with Casey Mack and Chris Ranten in his cross-hairs. Adams was able to pick off both competitors with two laps to go and set his sights on Austin Pierce and Wade Nygaard. The white flag flew and Adams dove to the inside of both Nygaard and Pierce in turn one to make it a three wide battle for the runner-up position. Adams got by Pierce at the checkers to round out the podium behind Mark Dobmeier and six-time NOSA champion, Nygaard.
