GRAND FORKS, N.D. September 10 - Dave Mass of East Bethel, MN won the 'Go Hard or Go Home' pole dash during the opening night of the John Seitz Memorial for WISSOTA Late Models at River Cities Speedway Friday night. Chad Mahder led the first eight laps of the 15 lap event. Mass took the point on lap nine to win the pole for Saturday's 92 lap finale. AJ Diemel also got past Mahder late in the race to join Mass on the front row. Diemel, Mass, Shane Edginton, Dustin Strand, and Mahder were the heat winners, while Diemel won the past champions race to close out the night. Tyler Peterson and Matt Aukland shared the front row for the 25 lap WISSOTA Modified feature. Peterson led from the drop of the green and went on to a three second win over Mike Stearns and Zach Johnson. Austin Pierce won his sixth straight Buffalo Wild Wings NOSA Sprint Car feature.
